Unboxing of the new Mac Book

I went to Micro Center to pick up my new Mac Book and was handed a bland brown box. I joked with the attendant that Apple must feel the pinch of the recession if they are resorting to this type of packaging, but he assured me that there was another box inside.

I made my way back to the office, opened the brown box, and was greeted by a small, stylish box enclosing my new purchase. "Now that's the Apple that I've come to know," I thought, as I quickly cut the seal and opened the box.

Luckily, I work with a guy who has owned Apple's since he was out of university and he gave me quick primer in the differences between Mac's and PC's. So far so good.

Now I'm taking a few sips of my coffee in Barne's and Noble, while typing on my MacBook. Is this what it feels like to be in the Apple "in crowd?" Guess so... stay tuned.
